Google API Limited Use Disclosure

"Flux Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

Authorized Google Scopes

To provide automated lead routing, Flux Automation requires access to specific Google user data through the following scopes:

  • gmail.settings.basic & gmail.settings.sharing Used exclusively to programmatically configure email filters and forwarding rules so that lead notifications are routed to our processing engine.
  • gmail.modify Used to identify, read, and process incoming lead notification emails from Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com.

These scopes are strictly utilized to bridge the gap between third-party lead sources and your closing table.

Data Retention & Storage

Flux Automation prioritizes data minimization. Our retention protocols are designed for speed and security:

  • We do NOT store the full content or bodies of your emails on our permanent servers.
  • We only extract and store essential lead contact information (Name, Phone, Property Address) required for routing.
  • Non-lead data identified during the triage process is instantly discarded and never written to a database.

Encryption Standards

Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0. We never see or store your Google password. We utilize AES-256 encryption for all data in transit between your account and our secure environment.
